Niet ontvangen

Ik kreeg een bericht dat de bestelde laptop tussen 28/12 en 1/1 geleverd zou worden. Het is 2/1 en hij is er nog steeds niet. Ik vond het al een lange wachttijd, maar nu hebben we nog niks ontvangen. Mogelijk probleem van bpost???

Dag Ilse,

We streven er inderdaad naar om steeds binnen een termijn van 5 werkdagen je pakketje te leveren. Wegens een probleem met de batterij tijdens het inpakken op 27/12 liet ik je weten dat een verzending pas mogelijk was in de volgende week (de week van 2/1). We zijn intussen druk in de weer om het probleem vandaag nog op te lossen. Je laptop komt er dus snel aan!
